045 Pago de la factura electrónica de venta como título valor

What is it?​

  • It is the electronic document that reports the payments made by the Acquirer or Debtor of an Electronic Sales Invoice, by those obligated to return (Endorsees with Responsibility).
  • The type of payment can be Total or Partial.

Who is responsible for generating the electronic document?​

  • If the invoice is paid in full, the responsible party is the Acquirer/Debtor/Acceptant or the Legitimate Holder (in case the Debtor/Acceptant/Acquirer does not do it).
  • If the invoice is paid partially, the responsible is the Legitimate Holder or the Acquirer/Debtor/Acceptant (in case the Legitimate Holder does not do it).

Who is responsible for receiving the electronic document?​

  • DIAN is responsible.
Restrictions
  • The event “Inscripción en el RADIAN de la factura electrónica de venta como título valor que circula en el territorio nacional” is necessary for the generation of this event.
  • The event “Pago total de la factura electrónica de venta” (452) restricts the generation of the event partial payment of the electronic sales invoice (451).
  • If the bill of exchange has a previous limitation (041), the event of Partial or Total Payment can be transmitted if in the ResponseCode field, the ListID attribute equals 2.
  • The Termination of the mandate restricts the generation of this event by the attorney.
